Dr. Kirsty Miller has been named as a finalist for the Writing with Integrity Award. This is part of the Turnitin Global Innovation Awards 2017.
The Awards recognise excellence in promoting academic integrity, student engagement and the innovative use of Turnitin by individual members of staff. The Writing with Integrity Award is given to an educator who uses Turnitin in innovative or novel ways to actively engage and promote original work from their students. This award focuses on how Turnitin is being used to promote academic integrity, to support students along their academic journeys, or to assist them in developing the academic writing and research skills that will take them to the next phase of their academic or vocational career. One award is given for the whole of Europe.
